A Mindfulness Break for Health Leaders

Join your peers - emerging health leaders - from Vernissage Health as we learn and practice a mindfulness technique called "Feel Rest" which we can use anytime, anywhere! Gatherings are hosted by Rachel Whitty, a Vernissage Health alumni, early career health leader and mindfulness coach.

A Mindfulness Break for Health Leaders

About the event

Vernissage Health is offering three opportunities to take a break and practice “mindfulness” as a health leadership community. Gatherings will be facilitated by your peer, Rachel Whitty (she/her), a 2019 alumnus of Vernissage Health, health leader at Michael Garron Hospital and a certified mindfulness coach.

· Tuesday, January 11 at 8 p.m. – “Feel Rest”

· Thursday, January 27 at 8 p.m. – “Clarifying our Intention as Leaders”

· Tuesday, February 8 at 8 p.m. – “Deeping our Compassion for Self and Others”

These informal gatherings are open to emerging or early career leaders who are Vernissage Health alumni. 

Although offered as a series, you can participate in individual sessions as time allows.  Please register in advance.
