With the support of our partners and through the leadership of the 2021 podcast team, we are excited to launch season two of Vernissage Health's Built to Lead: The Health Leaders of Tomorrow Podcast on November 22, 2021!
The Built to Lead podcast ensures that the leadership tenets of Vernissage Health are available to all IHPME students and alumni. In four episodes, season two of Built to Lead profiles the seminal work of Dr. Henry Mintzberg and explores the mindsets required of contemporary leaders in health - namely, the reflective mindset, the analytical mindset, the collaborative mindset, the worldly mindset and the action mindset.
In season two, these leadership mindsets are revisited with Dr. Mintzberg and explored through the eyes of a diverse range of contemporary leaders in Canadian health care. Geared to emerging or early career leaders, listen to their stories, insights and reflections about what it takes to lead in today's health system. Thanks and kudos go to the 2021 podcast hosts - Matthew Goulbourne and Meghan Perrin of the MHSc Program as well as to Logan Roy, a MSc Health Services Research alum!
