2021 is the fifth year of the Vernissage Health Leaders Dialogue Series. Over 100 IHPME graduate students, identified as promising emerging leaders, have participated in the dialogue series since 2017. Using a University REB approved survey, the Project Team has set out to measure the "impact" this unique experience has had on the lives and careers of emerging leaders. All student alumni have been invited to complete an on line survey and to participate in virtual focus groups hosted by the Study's Research Team, led by Arlinda Ruco, PhD Candidate and Vernissage Health alumni (2019). Participation in the study is important to optimize and improve the program as well as to secure sustainable funding after 2021.
